Our Privacy Policy continues our commitment to serve you and explains how we intend to protect your privacy.
We are responsible for the protection of your personal data and we take this responsibility very seriously. All basic customer data are encrypted end-to-end. This Privacy Policy covers Todd-AO’s (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) treatment of your information when you use our services. Todd-AO has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to protect your privacy and to fully disclose what information we collect and how we use it.
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Todd-AO, our Application, and Services. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by us, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:
What information we collect;
How it is secured;
How policy changes will be communicated; and
How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Service. We will not disclose your personal data third parties, categorically. There will be no sale of data.
Registration
In order to use this Application, a user must first register. During registration a user is required to give certain information. This information is used to enable your use of the Services.
Sharing
We will not disclose your personal data to third parties. We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
Security
We take all reasonable precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Service, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Do Not Track
Todd-AO does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, Safari allows you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked. If you would like to learn how to set Safari so that websites do not track you, go here: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/prevent-cross-site-tracking-sfri40732/mac
Third parties that have content embedded on Apple’s websites such as a social feature or a stock ticker may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific Apple website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from Apple’s websites unless you provide it to them directly.
The only information the Apple App Store and Lime LM collect on Todd-AO's behalf is your email address, which is required to license Actors Mobile ADR to an iPhone and Actors Mobile EDITOR to a Mac desktop.

This Application may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Compliance and Cooperation with Regulatory Authorities
We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self-regulatory frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly. Requests made by regulatory authorities for subscriber information will be responded to by Intelverse asserting all legal claims to refuse compliance.
If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately by email at cs@todd-ao.com.

We do not provide aggregated usage or tracking information to third parties.
