How do I start?
Tap Videos in the player header, then Add to Library, and choose Photo Library or Files. If you were sent an encrypted AMA package, add it from Files and enter the unlock code that was sent to you separately.
How does an actor move through a session?
Actor Mode is cue-first. Previous Cue and Next Cue move through the available cue sequence, and can carry you into another video, so read the cue title in the header before you preview, record, or send.
Why can’t I record?
Check that microphone permission is allowed for Actors Mobile ADR in iOS Settings, then confirm the device has available storage and your audio path is connected. If the app is locked or the trial has ended, recording stops until access is restored; check Settings > Purchase.
How should I deliver takes?
Audition the take first. Export WAV returns a single take. Send Video Takes returns every verified take of that video with a CSV index. AMA opens the iOS share sheet and stops there, so choosing the production’s approved destination is yours to do. Keep an independent archive of final work.
I lost the unlock code for a package.
Ask the Editor to prepare a new package. A package cannot be opened without its code, and Todd-AO holds no master key and cannot recover one.
Can I send sensitive production material to support?
Please send only the information needed to diagnose the issue. Do not include an unlock code, unreleased footage, or sensitive production material unless your production has authorized it.
